We serve Assamese cuisine, traditionally cooked on a woodfire, and select Indian and Continental dishes. Buffet Meals are prepared with locally sourced, fresh, seasonal, free-range ingredients from our Organic Farm (Farm-to-Table) and nearby villages.
Our barbecue space is just a few steps away for those who love to unwind outdoors around a bonfire.

We are conveniently located in a serene location away from the highway, between the Central (Kohora, 20 minutes) and Eastern (Agoratoli, 15 minutes) ranges of the Kaziranga National Park.
Accommodation
Kathoni currently features two spacious lake-view rooms. Adorned with artisanal bamboo roofing, high ceilings, and vibrant walls, each room offers a comfortable king-size bed, a work desk with a view, and an en-suite bathroom with luxury amenities. A cozy living area opens onto a private balcony, with breathtaking vistas of the Lake in-property and the surrounding Rural Countryside, including the Forest and the Eastern Himalayan Foothills.

Kaziranga National Park
A Safari in the Kaziranga National Park
The Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to a magnificent variety of wildlife, including the largest population of majestic Indian One-horned Rhinoceros in the world. Other animals spotted at the Park are Indian Elephants, Royal Bengal Tigers, Asiatic Water Buffaloes, Swamp Deer,
Wild Boars, Hollock Gibbons, and Turtles.
Kaziranga is also a paradise for Birdwatchers, boasting spectacular species of birds, such as Hornbills, Pelicans, Storks, and Eagles, as well as a variety of migratory birds that visit during winter, including the Bar-headed Goose, Greylag Goose, Northern Pintail, and Mallard.
